Polina is a mentor for women, owner of a modeling management company, model, certified yoga teacher and humanitarian who loves to resolve complex problems by using simple and practical tools. 

After winning a beauty contest and being a successful model for 18 years, she traveled the world (New York, Tokyo, Paris, Los Angeles, Seoul, etc.) and appearing in numerous fashion magazines (Italian Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, etc.) and TV commercials (Pepsi, LG, Coca-Cola, Benefit Cosmetics, etc.), she discovered a true passion for helping women to become healthy and happy.

Born and raised in Ukraine, she graduated from Kiev National University of Culture and Art. While studying theatrical directing and taking psychology classes, she quickly realized that her passion in understanding human behavior won't end in directing plays.

The death of her only sister was a turning point in Polina's life that led her to start mentoring women and helping them to implement a healthy lifestyle.

As of now she successfully led 23 online programs for women. Based on healthy daily rituals, her programs help to cause a transformation in the way that women perceive themselves and others.
